Important Day Two Details!

Hi Hackers,

Today is the final day of the Disrupt Berlin hackathon and we're excited to see what you have been working on! This update is to provide you key details about what will happen today. 

Submissions

Make sure you have submitted your project here: https://disruptberlin2019.devpost.com/ and selected the sponsor prizes you are applying for. Do this as soon as possible and come check with me at the white desk next to the drink counter to ensure is it done correctly. The deadline for submissions is 12pm and we will not be able to accept projects past this time. If you don't submit you will not be included in the judging process.

Judging

After the 12pm deadline, we will post the table numbers for demos on the Devpost site. As soon as this is posted move to the table with your number and get ready to demo. The judges will be walking around the room, visiting you and learning about what you have built. You will have 2-3 minutes to show your project. Do not show powerpoint slides. 

Judging will continue until around 2pm and you will be seen at least 4 times. Please stay at your table until Claire or I announce that the judging is over. 

Finals

At the end of judging, we will announce the top 10 teams who will demo on stage in the final round. Please stay in the hackathon area so you don't miss this announcement. The final presentations from the top 10 will take place on the Extra Crunch stage starting at 3:20pm.
